Order Processing

All orders placed through Venus Beauté Aesthetics are processed within the stated processing timeframe listed on the product page.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before shipment.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Policy

Shipping options and delivery rates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Venus Beauté Aesthetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Venus Beauté Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards within the beauty industry, all product sales are final.
Venus Beauté Aesthetics does not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through Venus Beauté Aesthetics are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if an error was made on our end, such as the incorrect item being sent.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Customers may be required to provide photos of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
If approved, a replacement or resolution will be provided at the discretion of Venus Beauté Aesthetics.

Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
Customers must bring their order confirmation when arriving for pickup.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled at the discretion of Venus Beauté Aesthetics.
