Booking & Policies

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online through our booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Where are you located?
We service clients in Raleigh and Tarboro, North Carolina. Location details are provided after booking to protect client privacy.

What is your deposit policy?
A deposit is required for all services and is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price.

What happens if I’m late?
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will forfeit their deposit. Please arrive on time to ensure the best service and results.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All services are appointment-only to ensure quality, proper timing, and the best experience for each client.

What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
Please inform us during the booking process. A patch test may be recommended prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for reactions if allergies or sensitivities are not disclosed beforehand.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns appropriately.


Lash Services

How long do lash appointments take?
Full sets typically take between 2 to 3 hours depending on the style selected. Lash fills generally take between 60 to 90 minutes.

How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, lash extensions can last approximately 2 to 3 weeks before a fill is recommended.

Do you offer foreign fills?
Yes, foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be booked specifically as a foreign fill service.

Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Makeup removal during your appointment may reduce lash application time and impact results.


Academy & Training

Do I need a license to take a lash course?
A license is not required to enroll in our training courses. However, licensing requirements vary by state, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they follow their state regulations.

What is included in the training?
Our training programs may include hands-on instruction, a lash kit (if applicable), certification, business and pricing guidance, and ongoing support.

Are payments refundable for classes?
All class payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, notice must be given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students receive a Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the course.

Do you offer one-on-one training?
Yes. We offer private one-on-one training sessions designed for personalized, hands-on learning.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping options are available at checkout. Processing times are listed on each product page.

Are products refundable?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all product sales are final.
