Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Venus Beauté Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. Please review these policies carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.


Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier.

Please note the following:

Venus Beauté Aesthetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

For sanitary and safety reasons, Venus Beauté Aesthetics does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Lash trays

  • Adhesives

  • Beauty tools

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Sale or discounted items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund Policy

Venus Beauté Aesthetics does not offer refunds on completed purchases.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to submit a claim.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A photo of the original packaging

Once reviewed, Venus Beauté Aesthetics will determine whether a replacement item will be issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Missing or Defective Item Policy

If an item in your order is missing or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Claims must include:

  • Your order number

  • Photo or video proof of the issue

  • Photo of the items received

After review, a replacement item may be issued if the claim is approved.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Lost or Missing Package Policy

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Venus Beauté Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check around your property or mailbox

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • File a lost package claim with the shipping carrier

Venus Beauté Aesthetics is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


In-Person Purchases

Products purchased at pop-up shops, vendor events, or conventions are final sale and non-refundable.


Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase with Venus Beauté Aesthetics, you agree to all store policies listed above.

Filing a false chargeback after receiving your order may result in:

  • Order dispute evidence being submitted to your bank

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases with Venus Beauté Aesthetics
