General Policies

Booking and Deposits

All appointments must be booked online through our booking system.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price.


Late Policy

Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule the appointment.

Late arrivals that require rescheduling will forfeit the deposit.

Repeated lateness may result in restrictions on future bookings.


No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price.

Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

Multiple no-shows may result in a permanent ban from booking services.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Card
Zelle or Apple Pay (if applicable)

Checks are not accepted.


Service Policies

Clients must arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

Foreign fills must be booked specifically as a foreign fill service.

Additional time required due to makeup removal, poor lash condition, or late arrival may result in additional service fees.

Results vary by client and aftercare practices. Retention results are not guaranteed.


Refunds and Adjustments

All services, classes, and product purchases are non-refundable.

Any concerns regarding a service must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

Complimentary adjustments are provided at the artist’s discretion.

Corrections will not be made on work completed by another lash artist.


Academy and Training Policies

All class deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice.

Students who do not attend their scheduled training without notice will forfeit their payment.

Training kits, if included, are non-returnable.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.


Product Sales

All product sales are final.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Age Policy

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Training students must meet the eligibility requirements for their selected course.


Right to Refuse Service

Venus Beauté Bar and Academy reserves the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:

Repeated policy violations
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
Failure to follow aftercare or safety guidelines

By booking with Venus Beauté Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
